Miss Cornell was a light in the life of many. She always made me smile and was kind and funny and a pleasure to speak with. She will be surely missed.

I always felt welcomed and at 'home' with The Cornell Family. I admired her, as she unknowingly showed me a blue print on Family. All the time, caring for her own..opening her door to me at 9am..I was always there! She is the reason for my kids to be named with the same letter, like her. I thought she was the coolest Mom! She may have gotten angry or weary dealing with us All! But you would never know it. I didn't see her angry, truly. I say Thank You, for Sharing This Beautiful Soul with Me. I will always smile when I think, and speak on her. May She Be Blessed Always in The Arms of Our Lord. ~Tonya~

I'll always remember the good times on Wisconsin. Putting up with a group if high school cheerleaders for a weekend was a lot but Mrs. Cornell did. Rest well at your new address. I'll sign my name: Love Always

I want to send my condolences to the Cornell family. At the time my sister phoned me and told me about Miss Cornell I was just overwhelmed about life. Then all of a sudden the memories of Miss Cornell took over. All of a sudden in my heart and soul so many wonderful memories of my life on Wisconsin Street with the Cornell family just put strength back in me. Miss Cornell thank you for the beautiful memories you have left in my heart and soul. Marcia Wilder

I remember how kind and loving Beulah was too William jr. and Daniel Bantom, when they came here from Memphis TN, to visit Kenyata. My boys had a great time because of her hospitality. I wish more people would follow Christ like love toward others.
